All of the Liqueurs which are available for tasting, are made in the Distillery building at the front of the restaurant. The wine is bought in by the Distillers and used to make the liqueurs which are all wine based, with the exception of the Roasted Peanut, which is a cream based liqueur.

The Bell Tower Restaurant has tastings for the Booie Range Distillery Liqueurs. These include:

• Liqueurs: Apple, Banana, Melon, Orange, Coconut, Cherry, Chocolate, Coffee, Muscat, Rummy, Roasted Peanut

The Restaurant does not provide tastings of the wine products as they are not produced by the Bell Tower Restaurant. However, the Restaurant does sell Booie Range Distillery wines, which is available on the beverage list and as take-away sales.
